1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and manga18 ("manga18," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the manga18 online gaming platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the manga18 Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

manga18 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the manga18 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is lawful.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of manga18 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or software suppliers.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the manga18 Platform or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.
• You are not registered on any national self-exclusion register applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.

manga18 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by ineligible persons will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

3 Account Registration and Verification

To access the full features of the manga18 Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all manga18 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one manga18 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Philippine mobile number or email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• KYC Verification: manga18 is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by manga18 for this purpose, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license), proof of address, and source of funds documentation where required.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your manga18 login credentials. You must notify manga18 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. manga18 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Account Suspension: manga18 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the manga18 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: manga18 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.
• Deposit Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified on the manga18 cashier page and may vary by payment method. manga18 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform. manga18 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits or to verified accounts in the player's own name.
• Bonus Wagering Requirements: Funds credited as bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Dormant Accounts: manga18 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to accounts that have been dormant for a period specified in the Platform's fee schedule, subject to applicable Philippine regulations. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

manga18 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all manga18 bonuses and promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that bonus.
• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only. manga18 reserves the right to verify eligibility before crediting any bonus.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.
• manga18 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the manga18 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all manga18 games:

• All bets placed on manga18 are final once confirmed. manga18 will not reverse or cancel confirmed bets except in cases of a verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game outcome, manga18 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers to the players involved. manga18's decision in such matters is final.
• All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on manga18 are independently certified for fairness by accredited testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical results — real cards, real roulette wheels — and are not subject to RNG manipulation. Video feeds are provided by certified live dealer studios.
• manga18 reserves the right to suspend any game, market, or event at any time for operational, regulatory, or integrity reasons.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the manga18 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies in live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to manga18 immediately. Exploitation of known or discovered bugs will result in account termination.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is prohibited by law.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access your manga18 account.

8 Responsible Gaming

manga18 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools available to all registered players at no cost. These include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. Players may access these tools at any time from their account settings.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the manga18 Platform — including but not limited to the manga18 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of manga18 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the manga18 Platform without prior written consent from manga18.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, manga18 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

manga18's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

manga18 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

manga18 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

manga18 implements industry-standard security measures to protect player data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions and secure storage of personal and financial information. manga18 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Amendments to These Terms

manga18 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, manga18 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with the account closure procedure described in the Platform's help section.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the manga18 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

manga18 operates within the regulatory framework applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by manga18's internal complaints process may escalate their complaint to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.
